SHIPPING:
COVID-19 Shipping Delays
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 5 to 10 days to receive.
If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days we recommend Express Shipping.
Ashriel’s Bootique processes all orders using the United Parcel Service (UPS).
(We are closed Sunday and Monday). Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within a 48 to 72 hour from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when Ashriel’s Boutique is closed will be processed the next business day.
Address Verification
Due to cardholder security all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses for (examples include: gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.
ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ashrielsbootique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Priority and Free Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days
If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.
Express Shipping time-frame is 1 to 3 Business Days
If your order is placed Tuesday – Friday by 12 PM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area Express Mail Area. (Contact your local post office to check your area). Shipping and Handling Fees vary for Express Orders; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount.
RETURNS:

Defective Merchandise:
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to orders@ashrielsbootique.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

Unverifiable Addresses
Should we have problems verifying your address using the UPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the UPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
Because cardholder security is important to us; Ashriel’s Bootique does not allow shipping to an address that is different that your credit card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and your order will not be processed.
SOMETHING WRONG?
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at orders@ashrielsbootique@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
Refused Packages
If your package refused or return from UPS; you’re responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. Ashriel’s Boutique does not issue refunds.
Lost Packages
Ashriel’s Bootique is not responsible for lost packages due to UPS error. Ashriel’s Bootique does not issue refunds.
